Heidi Melendez, MC, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor, professional figure skater, age group triathlete and CAT4 road cyclist. She has a passion for health, fitness and helping others to attain optimum wellness of mind, body and spirit. Heidi is currently working towards Certification as a Mental Game Coach and has a clinical background in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety and eating disorders.
